Getting started with Bill Pay
To use Bill Pay, you'll need a Pyramid Checking account and an Online Banking account. If you don't have a Pyramid checking account, give us a call and we'll get you set up quickly!
To complete theBill Pay enrollment process, login to your Pyramid Online Banking account from a browser and select Bill Pay in the top menu. (Bill Pay enrollment is not avaiable through the Mobile App at this time). Follow the on screen prompts to add security phrases and profile information to complete the Bill Pay enrollment process.

Who Can I Pay with Bill Pay?
A: You can pay any business or individual with a mailing address within the United States and Puerto Rico. For example, you can pay utilities, cable bills or credit cards, or individuals such as a landlord, babysitter or relative.
How Do I Start Using Bill Pay?
A: After you create your Bill Pay account, the next step is to add a Payee, the person or company you wish to pay. Here’s how easy it is:
Click the "Add a Payee" button on your home page dashboard.
Enter the requested information. Typically this information can be found on your latest bill statement.
Once you add your payee, you can start making payments in seconds.
How Do I Make Payments?
A. Find your Payee on the payments dashboard. Enter the payment amount and date, then submit. You can schedule a single, one-time payment, or create a recurring payment schedule. You can always change or cancel a recurring schedule by selecting the "Edit Recurring" link.
Can I Pay a Person Using Bill Pay?
A. Yes. Our Bill Pay service allows you to pay a person that is not a member of Pyramid. From the bill Pay dashboard, select the Pay a person options. Here is a video demonstrating this simple process.
How Are Online Payments Delivered?
A: Payments are sent one of two ways—electronically or by paper checks. The majority of payments are delivered electronically. Your payment information, such as your account number, is sent via secure transmission. All other payments are made by paper checks that are mailed via the U.S. Postal Service.
Is Bill Pay Secure?
A: Paying bills online is one of the safest ways to pay your bills. Bill Pay helps guard against identity theft from lost or stolen checkbooks, bills and statements. It also increases your privacy because only you can access your account information, account numbers and payment history. As a result, you maintain tighter control of your account with real-time access to your payments activity.
How Long Does It Take Before My Payment Is Received?
A: Generally, your payment is received within 2 to 7 days, depending on whether or not it is sent electronically or via paper check.
What If I Need Assistance With Bill Pay?
A. If you have a question about setting up a payee, scheduled payments, or other Bill Pay account support questions, you can contact the Bill Pay Service directly at(866) 208-7735.
Are There Any Specific Terms or Limitations for Bill Pay?
A. Yes. When you use Bill Pay, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
With Online Bill Pay, you can use your access device with your username and password to pay bills from your Pyramid Checking Account. Online Bill Pay does not access savings or money market accounts. You can pay the same amount or a variable amount each month. You can also choose to pay bills individually as you receive them or schedule payment of certain bills automatically each month in a fixed amount. We will withdraw funds from your primary checking account on the day you have scheduled for payment.
The Online Bill Pay system will tell you the estimated amount of time it will take for your payments to reach your Payees. You are responsible for scheduling bill payments to arrive at your payees on time.
Pyramid will not have any liability to you or to any third party arising out of your use of Online Bill Pay except for actual damages (limited to late fees and interest) arising out of our failure to timely and accurately process a bill payment consistent with the instructions you enter. In no event will we be liable for alleged consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages arising out of your use of Online Bill Pay, such as alleged lost business opportunities or alleged harm to your credit standing.
An exception fee may be charged if, when using Bill Pay, an incorrect vendor name, address, customer account number or payment due is entered and we attempt to set up or send the payment. If you correct the inaccurate information before we attempt to set up or send the payment, no exception fee will be charged. Refer to the Fee Schedule.
The maximum amount of bill payments each day is $2,500, if there is sufficient funds in your account.
We retain the right to restrict access to the Bill Pay Service at our sole discretion.
