Mint & Quicken

As we complete our system conversion to the new Online Banking system, if you use Mint or Quicken you will need to read and follow the applicable instructions (see the links below). You may have to modify your settings to ensure the smooth transition of your data.

Intuit aggregation services will be interrupted from Friday, January 30, 2015 5:00 PM until approximately Friday, February 6, 2015. Members are encouraged to convert to Web Connect to download a QFX/QBO file during this outage. The following services will not work during the conversion outage:

  • Quicken Win/Mac Express Web Connect
  • Mint

  • First, back up your data
  • Pyramid FCU does not offer Quicken support. If you have questions on Quicken, use normal Intuit support channels.
  • Intuit has provided (Quicken Conversion Help FAQ) information on the most common post-conversion issues and links to more detail on their support site. The most common issues are:
    • Duplicate transactions after completing reactivation
    • Duplicate accounts after completing reactivation
    • Activated the wrong account during reactivation process
